During the session, I meditate the whole time, writing down the things that come through for you. This is very open-ended; it can be about the issues, some causes, or even some recommended home care from Spirit to you. This will be typed up and sent to you in a PDF to have and reread. A few images of the ritual will also be sent to you as well so you can see it for yourself.
