There are check boxes at the end of every booking asking that you have provided the information needed for the booking. If you check that box and the information is not there, you forfeit the 14-day guarantee and your service and knocked to the bottom of the list.
We do not have time to email and wait for the information on every single booking necessary when it is asked in the description and in the booking form.

If you do not provide the information needed for a group session, like the group new moon reiki, you will still be included in the session, but it may not work as good without the information.
