Handling Higher Frequencies

Sometimes, they can be mistaken....

It is common and sometimes an unsettling experience when high-frequency energies hit us.

Despite the expectations of it feeling like a pillow, like a high, or even euphoria, I have found that it is very rarely the case.

High-frequency energy can sometimes feel more like a panic attack than this euphoria breaks through.

The body is a biological vessel, and when it encounters a significant energy shift, it processes this data through the nervous system.

The human nervous system is wired for homeostasis; it likes things to stay the same. High vibrational energy is, by definition, a fast-moving and intense state. When this energy enters a body that is used to a slower or denser baseline, the brain can misinterpret this sudden surge of energy as a sympathetic nervous system trigger.

This results in your heart rate increasing or feeling off. Some people can even experience shallow breath or feel buzzy and floaty or like they are not on planet Earth anymore. Since these are the same physical markers of fear, the mind labels it as negative.

Think of high vibrational energy like a high voltage current being pushed through a wire designed for a lower load. If there is resistance in the wire, let's say a suppressed emotion, physical tension, or a rigid belief system, the wire heats up.

This friction often manifests as anxiety, nausea, or a feeling of being ungrounded or even unplugged. It's not that the energy is bad its that the physical container is currently experiencing the friction of recalibration.

High vibrational energy can also act as a solvent. It moves into the system and begins to shake loose lower-density imprints, such as old traumas or stagnant emotional patterns.

As these low-vibe layers are stirred up to be cleared, you actually feel them on their way out. People often mistake this release for the energy itself, leading them to believe the new energy is making them feel heavy or dark.

For many, high vibrational states involve an opening of the crown or third eye centers. Without proper grounding, this can lead to things like vertigo, lightheadedness and feeling too top-heavy.

It can also create sensory overload, where suddenly lights are too bright, sounds are too loud, and crowds might feel invasive. This overstimulation mimics the feeling of being on edge.

So how do we shift the experience??

If the energy feels too loud or frightening, the goal is always to lower the vibration but increase the conductivity of the body.

Water is a primary conductor. Dehydration makes the electrical shift feel much harsher on the cells. Aim for 2L a day. Electrolytes are also useful, as magnesium is great during energetic shifts.

Physical grounding is often the big eye roll, but there is a reason it is always brought up. Walking on the earth or eating root vegetables helps pull that high voltage energy down through the feet, preventing it from swirling chaotically in the chest or head.

We also adjust our conductivity through self-talk. Instead of telling the brain I am scared, try, my body is processing a lot of power right now. This recategorizes the physical sensation from a threat to a process.

I find that as we move along our path, the surges of energy become much more intense and powerful. This is why discernment and grounding are becoming more and more important.

Truth and higher vibrations are much the same.

Truth doesn’t always feel good. That doesn’t mean it's wrong.
